Leti is at the heart of solutions to the challenges facing Europe’s researchers

Leti is making an active contribution to the development of a European research hub. Its involvement in clusters, technology platforms and the Heterogeneous Technology Alliance (HTA) is testimony to its commitment.

Leti has more than 80 projects in progress and participates as coordinator in several areas:

  • New energy technologies:

E-STARS project (www.estars-project.eu)

  • Telecommunications:

SENSEI project (www.sensei-project.eu)

  • Photonics:

HELIOS project (www.helios-project.eu)

  • Nanoelectronics:

HTA: Europe’s leading technological research alliance

Founded by Leti and the CSEM (Switzerland), Fraunhofer (Germany) and VTT (Finland) institutes, the alliance aims to offer manufacturers a single point of access to a wide range of skills and facilities in miniaturization and integration technologies.

4-Labs: on the road with HTA technologies

Established in 2008, 4-Labs is responsible for marketing HTA technologies to businesses throughout Europe, initially in the UK, Italy and Spain, and then in the new member states of the European Union.
