Leti, innovation
for industry
To support applied microtechnology and nanotechnology research, Leti deploys substantial industrial resources on several technological platforms.
Nanocharacterisation platform: constantly extending the boundaries of technology Unique in Europe, the nanocharacterisation platform (PFNC) develops new physico-chemical characterisation techniques across a range of scientific fields: micro/nanotechnology, nanomaterials, energy materials, biotechnology, etc.
INNOVATION CLUSTER FOR MICRO- AND NANOTECHNOLOGY APPLIED TO LIFE SCIENCES NanoBio was launched in 2001 by CEA Grenoble and Université Joseph Fourier in association with Grenoble's university teaching hospital (CHU) and with the financial backing of local authorities. It is a regional innovation cluster specialising in micro- and nanotechnology applied to life sciences and healthcare.
Building on its commitment to extend its capabilities into medicine, in 2006 CEA chartered Clinatec, a biomedical research institute, to speed the development of solutions to treat neurological diseases.
